It is an area where I have spent a lot of time reviewing the scientific literature having served for 5 years on the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics ""Advanced Technology in Food Production" Evidence Analysis workgroup. We reviewed papers and spent time with renown food allergy expert Dr. Steve Taylor who is a Professor with the University of Nebraska Department of Food Science and Technology and the Co-Founder/Director of the Food Allergy Resource and Research Program.
